The air conditioning was not effective . It struggled to cool the room adequately i reported this issue but it wasn't resolved the breakfast selection seemed repetitive after a couple of days the same items were offered making it monotonous. i also found the noise from nearby streets noticeable even with the windows closed i expected better soundproofing

the hotel location is convenient near the colosseum. the breakfast offered many options. the staff were friendly and helpful .
the air conditioning system was not adjustable in the room. it was difficult to maintain a comfortable temperature. i also found the gym was inaccessible. the mirror in my room was damaged.

The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. they assisted me with calling a taxi. the room was very nice and neat. i especially liked the shower. It was enormous and bathrobes were provided. the hotel shampoo, conditioner and body wash felt spa-like.
keys were not ready at 4pm check-in. i had to wait a while. i wish the check-in process had been smoother.

the sixth-floor room had a lovely decor , though it was a little warm. the staff provided excellent assistance with directions , specifically cristiano was very helpful. i found the hotel's location convenient, with the colosseum just a short walk away. a metro station nearby was a definite plus.
i noticed a minor issue , the room could use a bit of updating to match the pictures online.

The hotel arranged transport from the port, then to the airport. It was great. The cleanliness was super clean. The location is very convenient to the Colosseum, Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain. It is close to many points of interest. I cannot praise the quality of the service enough.
